Project Description:
Will develop & sustain our datamart that is heavily used to track various data including clickstream, order fulfillment and subscriber metrics.

Job Description:
Windows SA skills:
Roles and responsibilities:
1) Responsible for server builds, patch management, virtual machine management, virus scanning, etc.
2) Monitor Windows environment for anomalies and errors, reporting and escalation of issues.
3) Provide the required daily support, maintenance, and management of the platforms.
4) Provide 24 x 7 on-call application support in rotation with other team members.
5) Provide support and repair, as well as escalation to the Application Group and or Operations.
6) Develop and maintain high standards in establishing procedures and policies to address routine jobs and certain resolution protocols.
7) Meet or exceed SLA obligations consistently and on an ongoing basis, allow for accurate metrics to measure response time and reduce the time needed to address hardware software failures

Technical Experience:
1) 5+ years of managing a Windows Server environment (Windows 2003 Server required)
2) In-depth Knowledge of VMware architecture and other virtual management software
3) Extensive experience with Microsoft Clustering
4) Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
5) Knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure
6) Server management on a mixed environment of Sun, IBM, Dell and HP Servers
7) In-depth Knowledge of disk management with SAN, NAS and local storage with an emphasis on disk layout and performance
8) Unix/Linux skills desired (Not required but preferred).
9) Understanding of High Availability, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery concepts

1) Self motivated; ability to work in a team as well as take individual responsibility
2) Flexible, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4) Ability to work as part of a geographically dispersed team.
5) Must communicate and document all production changes
6) Keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments & best practices
