Job Description:

Overview
The IT Developer Analyst -.NET is a member of the Exchange team, working on the analysis, development, testing and supporting the.NET processes for the Exchange platform. This includes the overall technical design, data analysis, development, and coordination with quality assurance.

Responsibility Areas

Project Management
- Consults with team and stakeholders to set realistic milestone dates for.NET development, testing, and deployment activities; sets expectations and defines risks in regards to timing; Manages day-to-day work plan with project managers
- Partners with the work stream leads to ensure overall cost, delivery, and quality targets are met.

.NET Requirements and Specifications
- Reviews functional and business specifications from the team and defines detailed.NET technical specifications.
- Defines Technical Design Documents
- Utilizes the.NET framework and experience to design software components and ensure Technical specifications are thorough.

Overall Technical Solution
- Defines, develops, documents and maintains quality.NET code.
- Creates and deploys code
- Assists in the development, execution, and documentation of system and integration test plans.
- Optimizes.NET code performance and processing methods.
- Responsible for advanced debugging.

Formal Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other technical field or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 2+ years ASP.NET (C#) development experience preferred.
- 2+ years working with SQL Server preferred.
- 2+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems preferred.

Work Conditions:
- We work in a team environment; there is an expectation that this role portrait represents the core responsibilities of the role but other responsibilities may surface based on what needs to be done.
- Colleagues in this role are expected to have an overall understanding of the project plan and participate outside of their core responsibilities when needed.
- Fluctuating work schedule can be expected during nights and weekends depending on system availability and deliverable dates.
- Frequent computer use at Workstation up to 2 hours at a time or for extended periods of time.
- Participation in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
