Job Description:

My Client are looking to appoint a Graphics & Media Supervisor based at DSEME Bordon to supervise the Media department which includes Graphics, Reprographics and Typesetting in support of the contract.

The key accountabilities of the job holder will be to ensure the Department produces as follows:

High quality graphic artwork to meet customer requirements, priorities and timeframes such as:

* Computer generated artwork.

* Paste ups of artwork, colour separations' and half tones for use by reprographics.

* Visual aids such as digital photographs, bitmaps and animation for import into software presentation packages.

* Maintain an up to date knowledge of and be able to use modern graphical software packages, equipment and techniques.

* Edit digital video clips for presentations.

* Produce laminated artwork as required.

* Provision of cost estimates for commercial work.

* Provide advice and guidance on all types of graphical and multimedia work for all Garrison customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following: Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

* Educated to minimum standard of BTEC HND (or similar) in a graphic design or equivalent.

* Proven track record of working within a busy graphics and repro team.

* Excellent working knowledge and application of current copyright laws.

* Experience of working with Microsoft packages and graphics packages across a modern learning environment.

* Experience of supervising a multi skilled team.
