Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Administrator, to join their team in Helensburgh, working on site within their Quality Department. Working within this department you will assist in the safety and compliance through the design, development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and deployment of appropriate policy and practice to meet customer, regulatory and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilites of this role will be :-

*To assist in the maintenance and development of the Clyde Management System including production, review, update and publication of electronic documentation.

*To provide administrative support to Audit & Corrective Action Management including database entry and upkeep.

*To provide administrative support to the delivery of submarine quality record cards including logging, collation and transmittal of records.

* To provide administration support to other Quality Department activities including travel requests and procurement of adhoc items.

Essential

*Minimum of 2 years experience within an administrative support role.

* Detailed knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office software packages.

Desirable

*Experience in the development and upkeep of electronic information systems.
