Description
As a Change Coordinator you will manage the ITIL Change Management Life Cycle and you will assure the creation of all changes, the coordinated deployment and follow-up of all changes related to the Solution Delivery teams of our Delivery Centre, incorporating responsibility, accountability, integrity and quality assurance at all times.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 2 Year experience in ITIL ( certification preferred )
- Good knowledge of HP Service Center
- Good knowledge of Change management processes ( ITIL )
