* CRM Salesforce.com Solution analyst - CTI Integration, Paris, France.

On behalf of one of our customers based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for a CRM Salesforce.com solution analyst to join an international CRM implementation programme. This is an English speaking role only, a knowledge of French would be an advantage.

You will be working on integration issues between Saleforce.com and various CTI (Genesys, Avaya etc.)

- Experience acquired on integration projects (SOA, Web Service)
- Salesforce.com/Force.com experience required (Apex, API)
- CTI, CRM Support experience would be a plus
- Fluent English mandatory (French or other European languages a bonus)
- Engineer background appreciated

Role

- Analyse and identify SFDC/CTI interfaces
- Documentation (Architecture, interfaces & utilisation cases associated)
- Salesforce.com configuration
- Assist the CTI partner for the use of Salesforce.com API or APEX Web Service
- Integration testing
- Preparing Salesforce.com environments for integration, UAT
- Troubleshooting of Front Office issues linked to CTI.

This is a long term project, to start as soon as possible. Telephone interviews possible this week in Paris. A face to face interview may also be required at the end of the process.
