Reservoir Engineer-Planning Team Lead is urgently needed to fill a position in The Woodlands, TX with one of the top international oil and gas companies!Progressive Global Energy & Natural Resources specializes in delivering first-rate professionals to the Oil & Gas industry. I work specifically with Reservoir Engineers and have been hired to execute an executive search to fill this role as soon as possible.
The role will consist of:
- Leading a small team of planning engineers focused on strategic project coordination and long term decision support across the organization.
- Responsible for the team which works on Integrated Projects and Long-term Business Plans.
- Responsible for project coordination and long-term decision support across the organization as well as Risk Management Planning (MAP, monthly technical reporting and quarterly reviews).
Key responsibilities include:
- Integrated Project Planning
- Long-term Business Planning/Program AFE Development
- Workplan and Budget Coordination
- Risk Management Planning
- Support Function coordination
- Providing performance management, development and coaching/mentoring to the team.
