Senior Director / VP OperationsA pharmaceutical company in thePalo Altoarea is looking for a Senior Director or VP of Operation and Data Management. This is a very small company with less than 10 employees in the clinical-stages of developing a topical treatment.
The Senior Director's responsibilities will include reviewing study monitor reports, managing clinical studies from phase I to phase III, data management, writing clinical study reports, preparing clinical and regulatory documents, sight closeout activities, interacting with the finance team, working directly with key vendors and CROs in management of data, helping set up data systems and electronic systems, troubleshooting data systems and user validation systems.
Senior Director / VP Operations Qualifications:
- Must have worked in a start-up environment
- Data Management and Programming experience, data cleanup, interpreting data
- Managing clinical studies to site closeout
- Managing vendors and CROs
- Excellent communication skills and interaction
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
