Oracle DBA - 3 months - Wawrickshire

Essential skills
  • 1. DBA experience with Oracle RDBMS 11g, ASM & RAC
  • 2. E-Business Suite DBA
  • 3. UNIX platform (ideally AIX)


    • Must have commercial experience of either Oracle BPEL or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE / OBIA)

    Responsibilities

    · Provide Oracle and Applications DBA support as part of a team

    · Monitor and maintain concurrent managers

    · Cloning applications and creating development/testing instances

    · Patching and Instance Management

    · Self Service maintenance

    · Workflow maintenance

    · Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting

    · Unix shell scripting

    · Documentation creation/update

    · Other tasks as agreed from time to time
