I am now recruiting an enthusiastic senior IT professional who is looking for the next step in his or her career. My client is a leading company within the manufacturing sector and they are looking for an ambitious individual who can really add value to their IT Department with regards to strategy, technology development / integration and ensuring the IT Department is there to support & aid a large organisation.This is a key appointment for my client, you will enjoy full ownership of the delivery of operation IT across the business, this will include Service Delivery, Hardware & Software Upgrades, maintaining high productivity and ensuring high standards in relation to supporting all the business users.
The success Group Head of IT needs the following experience / skill set:
- Developing IT Strategy across multiple departments.
- Managing integration projects for various business systems (in SAP).
- A good background in & understanding of SAP & all current network & PC operating systems.
- Developing business cases for large-scale business upgrades.
- Communicating with non-technical (business minded) stakeholders within companies.
