Financial Planning Team Leader
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on skills and experience)
Duration: 6-12 month fixed term contract
Hours: Full time or Part Time (Mon-Fri)
My client, a leading firm of chartered accountants are looking to recruit a Financial Planning (FP) Team Leader to join their Sheffield office.
Working as part of a team, the Team Leader will manage a team of six support staff and be responsible for work allocation, HR management and operational delivery.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure the team are delivering, if not exceeding, targets
-Role allocation within the team
-Mentoring and developing the team
-Workflow and ensuring the Work in Progress (WIP) is up to date
-HR management
Essential Skills:
-Proven experience of team leading/management of a small team
-Highly organised with excellent communication skills
-Experience from a financial Services/Insurance/banking call centre background
