Mid level position at Client, a leading provider of technology and business solutions for the global mobile telecommunications industry, has responsibility for internal & external website design, coding and copywriting; with emphasis on Intranet and Internet best practices, including inclusion of social media and collaboration tools; and support strategic event marketing requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide professional expertise and support for internal (Intranet) and external digital platforms including design, layout, copywriting, coding, SEO/SEM, mobilization and content management system maintenance. Coordinate implementation of social media and collaboration tools in support of employee communications via Intranet. Assist with researching, writing, editing, proofreading and layout of electronic marketing and corporate communications materials for internal and external audiences. Study the telecommunications industry to know and understand needs, wants, trends and new directions by customers, competitors and other entities.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, web design, public relations, journalism, communications, English or related field. Requires 5+ years experience in a Full time corporate communications position and/or web design with emphasis on Web 3.0 best practices and technologies. Require design and editing capabilities and experience with WordPress, InDesign, Adobe DPS, Photoshop, Illustrator, iMovie and other design/editing programs. Experience in using various content management systems, including proprietary, for editing and maintenance of websites. Experience in multimedia management, deployment and best practices. Experience in functionality, best practices in visual sharing programs, including embedding API's into corporate assets. Experience in deployment of technical requirements in support of mobile marketing, including SMS, QR Codes, MMS. Understand and executes SEO best practices, with experience in developing SEM campaigns. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge base in supporting a responsive design environment. Proficient in HTML, HTML5, CSS3, SharePoint, Java and Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Proficient in coordinating email marketing campaigns using various platforms such as Constant Contact, Vertical Response, Exact Target. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical concepts. Working knowledge of marketing and communications principles and practices. Prefer writing, editing and proofreading ability. Willingness to learn about the global telecommunications/wireless industry. Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
