Job Title: Service Desk
Location: Cary, NC
Duration: 6+months

Job Description:

  • Experience + 2 years of working experience
  • Should be ready to work 24 x 7 support (rotational shifts)
  • 1-3 years help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
  • Phone support experience necessary.
  • Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.
  • Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
  • Hands-on work experience with the following:
  • Windows Operating systems
  • Clients: Windows 7, MAC10.5.x, 10.6x,10.7.x, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98
  • Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003
  • Imaging using Ghost Software
  • Remote desktop connectivity applications: RDP, pcAnywhere
  • MS Office Suite: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook/Exchange
  • Internet browsers (eg Explorer, Netscape, Firefox)
  • Active Directory, user creation and deletion
  • Lotus Notes Client, how to configure the client
