OMS Support - 2nd Line - JBOSS & OMS Configurator
OMS Support Specialist with strong administration experience of JBOSS and OMS Configurator required for an initial 3 month contract in Hertfordshire. Must have experience supporting IBM OMS/Sterling OMS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing Desktop/2nd Line Support
- Troubleshooting
- Supporting business users and processes
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- IBM OMS/Sterling OMS
- Supporting a large-scale E-commerce platform
- Supporting the Production and Seller Onboarding environment
- Administration of JBOSS and OMS Configurator
