One of our clients is looking for a Netbackup Consultant
The ideal candidate would:
- Provide applications from a backup perspective
- Maintain, operate and implement new features.
- Provide support and some design
- Protect customer data utilizing the latest versions and options available in NetBackup. Incorporating Symantec de-duplication appliances and using NetBackup media server de-duplication on third party storage platforms.
- Design, implement and support the entire end to end infrastructure in heterogeneous environments which would involve using optimized replication between Symantec 5020 and 5220 appliances to minimize the data crossing the WAN/MAN.
- Tuning third party storage products and troubleshooting Ethernet and SAN issues as well as Windows and Unix operating system problems.
The onsite engineer will deliver solutions for a number of enterprise class customers
We are looking for an expert in Netbackup, someone who will join the company and hit the ground running and someone who is prepared to travel to different client locations within 75KM of Brussels.
Contract: 12 months (1-2 years extensions)
