Supply Chain/Support/Functional/IT solutions
JUNIOR LEVEL SUPPLY CHAIN SUPPORT CONSULTANT
Context: Providing level 2 support to users of functional IT solutions already in place for Supply Chain applications.
Tasks:
- Monitor Incidents, Problems and Changes to meet or exceed Support service levels
- Provide second level IT support to business users, relating to deployed IT solutions.
- Work in close cooperation with Business First Level support and ensure integration & efficiency of multi-tiered IT support
- Analyse processes and functional requirements regarding potential IT solutions change
- Translate business problems & requirements into appropriate IT functional changes/enhancements
- Keep IT solution design delivered to production up-to-date according to evolution
- Drive and/or support solution test, deployments and life cycle mgt
- Contribute to implement weekly report and knowledge database.
