Call Scheduler/Validator/Call Logger/Call Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Call Scheduler/Validator/Call Logger/Call Administrator to join a well-established blue chip organisation based in Aldermaston near Tadley.

As a Call Validator/Call Logger/Call Administrator you will be responsible for calling users to verify tickets and updating the details to confirm the information is correct. Where the information is not correct, you will be required to updating the ticket to ensure it is accurate.

The successful Call Validator/Call Logger/Call Administrator will have:
* 1 year's recent administration experience (ideally)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly EXCEL)
* Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills.

Your communication skills will be second to none as you will be contacting the client's users. You will have excellent attention to detail as ticket details must be correct as any errors could result in unproductive time.
The client is looking for an enthusiastic and bubbly individual willing to go the extra mile and contribute to this and dynamic innovative team.

N.B this is a 40 hour week.
