Leading Pharmaceutical client currently have a long term contract requirement for an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of two on shore 3MW Wind turbines from procurement through to construction & commissioning.Managing this �£8 million Wind Turbine project, the client is looking to become energy efficient as part of its plan for the plant to be carbon neutral by 2014 as a self sustaining site.
We expect this project to last approx 18 months.
You will have team & management responsibility for the delivery of an already selected turbine and duties will involve:-
* Manage the project from procurement through to construction & commissioning
* Procure BOP contractor and manage safely, on time and on budget through to completion
* Manage electrical design & installation
* Liaise with client
Essential experience required: Delivery of wind turbine projects through procurement, construction & commissioning.
