£20-27,000 basic salary dependant upon experience

We now operate across mainland Europe, the US, Australia, Dubai, Asia Pac and are looking to expand our business further.
We operate across a number of specialist markets, from Banking and Finance to Oil & Gas, IT to Pharmaceutical, Public Sector to HR. Our sales teams place high level candidates into some of the world's largest blue chip companies right down to 50 man SME's.
Having amassed so much experience and remaining profitable every single year, including through 3 downturns, we're now looking for the best salespeople to join in our expansion plans.
The role itself, Trainee/Recruitment Consultant, is every inch a sales role. You will build up a portfolio of clients, some we'll have worked with previously, but there is also a large element of business development involved. You will be a specialist in your market so will know who the best candidates are and will look to place them into the most relevant client. Attention to detail is highly important as you will manage multiple projects at any one time and you will run the full cycle right through to offer and close.
We're looking for proven, experienced and talented salespeople who are keen to move their career forward in one of the world's largest organically grown businesses. Ideally you will be degree educated with a 2:1 or 1st, will be articulate and confident with a real drive to succeed. Sales experience is preferred, particularly business to business, though other sales will be considered.
