Senior SAP SD (MM) Consultant

Near Antwerp

€75 per hour

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join their team assisting with thesetting up of a new organization within the our client's company chain responsible for the commercialization of a new product across Europe. Scope of this project is to implement the new organization on our client's existing SAP platforms and is an excellent opportunity to worked in a well established, globally recognised company alongiside like minded professionals.

Job description:

This medior/senior SAP SD consultant will participate in preparing functional specifications, hands on configuration, steering offshore ABAP developers for programming, system testing and cutover activities. He or she will be part of team of multiple SD consultants.

Required skills:

* Good knowledge of the SAP SD module, to lesser extent also of the MM module. And knowledge of integration points with other modules, in particular FI and CO.

* Knowledge of Order to Cash process flows.

* Strong technical background. Ideally previous experience with hands on ABAP programming.

* Ability to translate the business requirements into a SAP solution & specifying that solution in functional and technical design documents.

* Good level of English knowledge and communication skills.

* Experience with working in an international environment, with key users located across the region.

* Experience with working in a virtual team & collaboration with off-shore ABAP team.

Desired skills:

* Experience with Pharmaceutical business, SOX compliant SAP systems, GxP validated SAP systems.

* Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle.

* Experience with implementation of cross SAP platform integration and integration/interfaces with external systems.

* Experience with: Warehouse interfaces, EDI customer ordering, common European &invoice document
