Want to work for one of the most dynamic, creative environments in the world and become part of the entertainment and communications revolution? One of the UK's leading pay-TV providers is looking for a Customer Communications Manager.

This exciting opportunity has become available within the Customer Communications team, and has responsibility for developing and executing strategies and approaches to drive increased value and engagement across the customer base. A key deliverable of this role will be the continued development and delivery of the segmentation model.

Core purpose of the role:

  • Develop and embed customer segmentation for all comms routes
  • Develop and maintain governance for all new communications requirements
  • Work with internal and external partners and agencies to plan, execute and deliver campaigns
  • Measuring and optimising campaigns to drive efficiencies in targeting, messaging and propositional development, including test, measure and learn
  • Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and operations, ensuring all requirements are met in a timely manner

Skills and experience required:

  • Management and delivery of complex customer communications in a high volume environment
  • Experience in the media, telecoms or other subscription based markets would be extremely beneficial
  • A good understanding of and experience in delivering and improving customer segmentation in a complex environment
  • Demonstrable experience of a test, measure and learn approach to targeted marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong stakeholder management skills
  • A strong marketing background (professional and/or academic) with a particular focus on direct, and with real creative flair

This position is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract, however the successful applicant can expect exposure to longer term opportunities within this growing and business critical team.
