Role/Purpose

The EMEA IPP Administrator is a crucial role within the EMEA Pathology Commercial Team, reporting to the EMEA Pathology Marketing Leader and supports the EMEA Pathology Marketing and Sales Team (who are located in countries across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East)

He/she will be responsible for setting up suppliers of services (for example Key Opinion Leaders) on the internal IPP system and initiating the IPP process. He/she will work closely with the Pathology Marketing Leader and the Pathology Commercial Team to:

  • Collate appropriate information for the IPP Process,
  • Monitor the IPP workflow process to ensure all interactions and payments to suppliers for customer facing activities are conducted in accordance with the IPP process guidelines
  • Ensure payment of the suppliers is followed through to completion

The IPP administration accounts for approximately 75% of the role. The IPP Administrator is also responsible for the general administration activities within the EMEA Pathology Team.

Essential Responsibilities:

The role ensures that all suppliers who provide services to EMEA Pathology are entered onto the IPP system, the correct documents and contracts have been uploaded and financial details are correct so as to allow payments to be made

Requirements Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong systems skills and aptitude with a good understanding of process
  • Ability to drive simplification and efficiencies across the IPP process
  • Ability to learn quickly and generate alternative ways of doing things to drive positive change
  • Ability to build good working relations with Pathology Team members plus support functions such as Finance
  • Self-starter with ability to work under their won direction or as part of a team
  • Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical and personal values in decisions, communications and actions when dealing with others
