VB test and Scripting consultant
In the past the client had a senior tester that gained knowledge of their test automation tool. Since then a lot has changed in the systems (front-/Back End and Middleware) and certain scripts need to be rewritten in order for the test automation tool to work properly again.
Needed knowledge:
- End-to-end testing knowledge; system, integration, OSS only, BSS only and acceptance tests
- Visual Basic
- Shell Scripting
- Perl
- Oracle SQL (since information is constantly retrieved from the database(s)
- Telco/ISP knowledge preferred, mainly knowledge of provisioning systems
Adapting, programming, executing, monitoring and planning in accordance with planned releases.
