Are you a Change Analyst with extensive experience to develop a Communication, Change Management and Training Strategy for the implementation of an EDRMS and Digital Recordkeeping environment ?

Our client is currently seeking a Change Analyst who can develop Training and Communications Materials and specify the requirements for the elearning Products for the project.

To be successful the applicants need to possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in:
    - Developing successful change management strategies for user groups of up to 3500 users;
    - Developing training strategies, material and products to support multiple methods of learning;
    - Delivering training; developing eLearning product specifications
  • Ability to travel to deliver training (if necessary);
  • Preferred experience in EDRMS training delivery methods and systems.

Due to the nature of this position applicants must hold Australian Citizenship.
