My client a leading QLD employer is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join their team on a contract basis with strong possibilities of extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful deployment of critical systems within my client's organisation.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively perform the requirements of the role within a large complex and geographically dispersed ICT environment
- Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, ethical behaviour and occupational health and safety.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities on large scale, complex IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholder groups to understand client technical requirements, collect data, deliver analysis and provide problem resolution or recommend systems solution options
- Demonstrated experience selecting appropriate system design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures and ensuring they are applied effectively
- High level knowledge and application of system evaluation and impact analysis methodologies on major system design options and assessment and management of associated risks
- Significant system development experience, using multiple development platforms.
- Expert data management capability, including the ability to provide Database Administration Support and Data Architecture across multiple Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Expert technical infrastructure knowledge and experience.
