About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Administrator for a long-term contract position with one of our Fortune 500 clients located in Mason, OH. We are looking for someone with Helpdesk/Admin experience that is looking for a rewarding opportunity.

Location: Mason, OH
Start Date: ASAP- Long-Term Contract
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (generally)

In this position you will be:

The Admin team agents are required to de/provision accounts and access for network accounts, mailboxes, distribution lists and public folders. The primary tools used to perform these tasks are Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Management Console, PFDAV Admin (public folder administration tool) and some proprietary client tools & resources.

Requirements/Skill Set:

  • Experience de/provisioning accounts in AD
  • Experience adding and removing users from security groups
  • Experience creating shared mailboxes and granting users access
  • Experience creating distribution lists and granting users access
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Management Console
  • Ability to apply deductive reasoning in order to troubleshoot problem access issues
  • Ability to work independently
  • Extremely high work ethic
  • Very detail oriented

It is required that all contractors complete a background check and drug screen report. They must pass a drug screen with a positive clearance and the background check without the following convictions on their record.
