AGENS Engineering GmbH is looking for a

Mechanical/ Electrical or Mechatronic Engineer (m/f) with experiences in mechanical/ electrical development of engine components or systems.

Responsibilities:
1) Starter motor second source release
• Series release of a new second source starter motor supplier across.
• Work with representatives of Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Design and Configuration to create the specification and quality requirements for the 2nd Source Supplier parts and ensure field traceability.
• Work with the Validation team to create and execute a validation plan to prove product reliability in line with expectations.
• Complete the required series release documentation.

2) Throttle valves and linkages
• Root cause analysis of throttle valve failures.
• Work with representatives of Sourcing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Design and Configuration to create the specification and quality requirements for new design.
• Arrange testing of new components.
• Complete the required series release documentation.

3) Tooling and lifting devices
• Support service engineering with creation of required tooling and lifting devices.
• Complete the required series release documentation.


Qualifications:
• Education: mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineer.
• Experience in mechanical/ electrical development of engine systems or components.
• Knowledge of D-FMEA and DVP Creation.
• Good level of English and German.
• Teamplayer
