My clients a leading bank based in Canary Wharf currently seek a Senior Graduate Development Programme Advisor c.£250 per day 3-6month contract.Working within a wider Graduate Recruitment & Development team this role will be responsible for managing the global programmes across a section of this bank. Principally this will involve working with programme participants and stakeholders defining commercial, innovative and fit for purpose development programmes in line with the needs of the business and the graduate population.
Key deliverables will mainly fall across Development covering the following areas:
Programme Management - design, management and improvement of development programmes, including senior stakeholder liaison and persuasion.
Management of the Graduate population - ongoing liaison in regards to performance, appraisals, pay/bonus.
Relationship management - career planning
Development -management of online learning and wider development initiatives such as mentorship programmes and events.
Talent Management - performance management and top talent identification
Support summer internship programmes
Occasional opportunity to support graduate recruitment activities at peak season
This is an exciting role for a Learning and Development or Graduate Development specialist with a passion for the development of future talent. The successful candidate will ideally have FINANCIAL/PROFESSIONAL SERVICES experience however those working in COMPLEX/MATRIX organisation also of considerable.
