As a result of our exceptional performance we are looking to expand our Talent Acquisition team who are responsible for headhunting the very best sales talent in the UK.
The role involves sourcing the most suitable candidates via advertising, networking, headhunting and recommendations for the sales vacancies across our brands. After selling the opportunity to the right candidate you will prepare and guide them through the interview process. We provide industry leading training which continues throughout the duration of your career in a mixture of on the job learning with a mentor and spending time at our Learning and Development office in London.
Ideal candidates will have a proven sales record or 6-24 months recruitment experience. Successful candidates will be financially motivated and driven by career progression. To be successful you will be persuasive, engaging, competitive and pro-active.
