Regional Deployment PMO, Banking, London, £ per dayA tier-1 investment bank in London urgently requires a Senior PMO with extensive experience working in PMO and a project management capacity, in large change programmes within financial services to join a global change team on a 6 month rolling contract paying £ per day.
You will meet the following requirements:
have extensive experience working in PMO and a project management capacity, in large change programmes within financial services
be very strong with PowerPoint and presentation development; high attention to detail is important
can quickly learn new applications if not yet known (i.e. SharePoint, Clarity, Open Workbench)
be able to quickly understand new concepts or changes to the project, and adapt to these changes and react as needed
very good at analysis and able to use tools for advanced reporting & MI
have a good deal of experience developing high-quality PMO tools and templates
have strong business writing skills and communication skills
be able to work with a team and be a team player, as well as feel comfortable challenging PMs as needed
This role is suited to a senior PMO with experience in managing multiple projects and PMO functions, ideally with experience of managing projects regionally. This role will not suit a Junior PMO or PMO Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract on an extremely sensitive and high-profile banking programme.
