My NHS client in the East Midlands is looking to recruit a NHS Senior Risk & Litigation Manager for 3 months in the East Midlands.The candidate must have the following:
- NHS Experience
- Qualifications which allow admission to the Law society
- CQC, CNST and NHSLA experience
- Experience of managing a data warehouse
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Experience of working within the litigation field and co-ordinating claims and inquests
- Demonstrable experience of the NHS strategic agenda and implementing this in practice
- Project management/ Improvement work/ Management of Change
