Responsibilities
To develop detailed technical design, Implementation, L2/L3 technical support for incident management, work with vendors for diagnostic and resolution and provide pre-sales support if required

Skill and experience
Broad ICT technology knowledge
Experience and training in ICT products and services
Experience of service delivery in a global outsource environment
Experience of multi product service delivery environments
Customer facing skills
Financial and commercial awareness
Understand service management process
Minimum 5 years working experience in ICT and Contact Centre
Experience in working with Genesys V6, 7 or 8 technologies related projects
Owning the Genesys certification(s)
