Client:
My client is a Multinational Consultancy Firm with 12,000 employees and offices Worldwide. They specialise in business and strategy advisory, transformation programs, solutions integration, technological applications maintenance and outsourcing services in a wide range of industry sectors.
Their end client is a well known financial institute

Role Scope:
The main purpose of this role is to coordinate and define the methodology of analysis to build a Conceptual and Operational Master Data Management (MDM) Model under a Customer Centricity perspective. This will be accomplished by facilitating effective communication between the business unit(s) stakeholders and IT in order to define the best solution for an integral MDM within the organization

Role Specific:
  • Ability to assess and review IT and business options for MDM (Conceptual and Operational models)
  • Work in a high paced project
  • MUST have CONSULTING experience
  • Wide variety of experience in Customer Centricity/MDM methodologies

Generic Skills

  • IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various methodological approaches regarding Customer Centricity and Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Demonstrable experience in producing comprehensive and accurate documentation (eg process mapping, data flow diagramming), facilitating workshops with the business utilising a variety of business analysis methods embracing GAP analysis, requirements gathering and validation.
  • Facilitate effective 2-way communication between the relevant business unit stakeholders both locally and internationally.
  • Develop deep understanding of the business to add value in developing solution options and problem solving regarding the conceptual and operational model for a Master Data Management Customer Centricity perspective
  • Foster innovation through being an advocate for better practice using its experience on related MDM and Customer Centricity projects.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Possesses strong business acumen, able to quickly pick up the content and business knowledge required

OTHER COMMENTS

  • Fluent in English and preferable fluency in Spanish as well

  • Experience in Customer Centricity and Master Data Management (different approaches and different methodologies)
