Motor Insurance Personal Injury Claims Handler

Our prestigious insurance client have a requirement for a highly experienced Senior Motor Insurance Personal Injury Claims Handler to join the business on an initial 6 month contract.

The purpose of this Senior Case Handler role will be to adopt a pragmatic and proactive approach to the settlement and closure of each personal injury claim.

The role will also require the successful candidate to maintain their portfolio of files and in conjunction with economic considerations and liaising with Injury Management suppliers, negotiating settlement of cases for the lowest financial outlay and in a timely manner. The candidate will also ensure that they comply with best practice and FSA requirements.

Therefore, the successful candidate for this role must be able to clearly demonstrate some, if not all of the following:

- Extensive experience of working within the motor insurance industry
- Strong Personal Injury Claim handling experience.
- Relevant Personal Injury exposure within an alternative function.
- Possess ACII certification or at the least be working towards it.
