Description
Individual will install application software releases/updates into production working closely with Development, Change Management and Database Administration. Additionally, individual will monitor the production environments and work as part of a cross funtional team to resolve any system errors or abends.
Requirements include extensive experience with the following:
- Operations or Production Support
- Basic telecommunications and wireless
- SS7 protocol
- Solaris or Red Hat Unix
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Oracle PL/SQL queries
