A multinational company in the Digital/Education space, seek a number of UI Developers to join a number of Project teams. Projects include Web application product development and Multimedia product development.
These will be based in their Dublin City HQ. Initial 12 month contracts, these are very likely to be extended beyond the initial terms. Excellent daily rates and a contractor friendly environment await you. Due to rapid expansion and a large volume of projects, my client are seeking best in class, UI Developers who are seeking a new and exciting challenge in a competitive, innovative and dynamic environment.
Note: there are multiple opportunities here, in two different areas, so if you have strong UI development experience, please do get in touch. These are key development roles requiring strong technical and communications skills in an Agile environment. Very strong UI skills are essential. These are hands on development roles and requires a strong software development background.
Do you have?
- Strong UI experience with Javascript/HTML5/CSS3
- You will ideally have 4 plus years UI development experience and have experience in developing dynamic Javascript Applications
- Good understanding of web technologies, toolkits and libraries (eg Backbone, Underscore, Angular, Ember, Jquery) etc is beneficial.
- Experience with RESTful JSON APISs and XML is beneficial
- Strong Javascript and CSS skills
- An emphasis on Ajax development and use of JSON and JavaScript frameworks (eg; Backbone, jQuery and jQuery UI) is beneficial.
- Strong HTML and CSS.
- Good knowledge of UI unit testing.
