Reward Manager - London (with regular travel required to Berkshire)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Interim Reward Manager to join a Global organisation on a 6 month contract. Working as part of the Group Reward and Policy team you will support the Group Services Reward Manager and Head of Executive reward on the delivery of Reward and Policy operational activities and special projects. Candidates for this role must have very strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
Candidates for this role will be expected to;
Lead the testing and implementation of the new Reward system and ensure it is fit for use.
Evaluate the current benchmark salary ranges, prepare relevant merit matrices and evaluate the competitiveness of compensation packages and prepare summary reports.
Develop and deliver HR Business Partner training and line manager training on the reward system in advance of the Annual Salary review.
Gather share holding data from multiple sources, prepare communication of this to executives.
Manage the reporting timeline.

You will also be responsible for undertaking a complete review of the current job architecture and putting in place solid procedures to ensure that the job architecture in SAP is correctly recorded to enable all users to use the same processes moving forward.

Monitor actual spend against budget
Work with colleagues within Group Reward to provide direction to analysts when necessary
Interact with other group functions ie, legal, payroll

Technical/professional expertise
Degree educated
Detailed understanding of how Reward fits into/interacts with the HR function
Very strong Excel skills along with literacy in other MS Office applications.
Knowledge of SAP and HR systems for mapping roles within a complex organisation.
Operational reward management experience within a complex environment.
Excellent communication skills
Commercial understanding
Ability to work professionally across various business areas.
