Experience Level: (Intermediate, 3 - 5 Years Experience).

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.

Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. May require an associates degree in a related area or 3 - 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Position requires 3 - 5 years of onsite helpdesk support, phone support is not sufficient to staff this position. Position also requires hardware breakfix experience including replacement of both desktop and laptop parts from systemboard, HDD's, memory to LCD replacment.

Position requires excellent customer services skills. The technician will be required to be highly mobile, we have a large campus with many different buildings.
