My client, a leading Pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Project Controls Scheduler to join their site in Ireland, initially for 6 months.The Project Controls Scheduler will be able to:
-Take charge of developing/managing individual project schedules in accordance with approved procedures.
-Develop and maintain full life cycle Microsoft Project Professional 2010 Project Master Schedules In accordance with the site master Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which is aligned to the site master Cost Estimate Structure (CES).
-Support CAPEX submissions through the timely development of schedules and associated information such as resource usage profiles, cost profiles, risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
-Lead planning reviews and inform and discuss the schedule with management on a regular basis.
-Complete all reporting requirements accurately and in accordance with agreed requirements and timelines
-Develop detailed plans with third party service provider and supplier planning personnel.
Essential requirements:
-Bachelor`s degree in Engineering or Management or a related field.
-10 years or more relevant scheduling experience, with (5 years or more on medium to large projects in a cGMP environment)
-Proven track record in the development of project schedules to support the design, procurement, construction, start-up and operation of complex facilities in cGMP manufacturing environments
-Experience with resource loading and earned value management systems

-Decision making, analytical and problem solving capabilities with an ability to integrate seamlessly and contribute positively to the Project Department and individual capital projects.
-The ability to work with and utilise Information Technology including Intranet, Microsoft Windows, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project.
