Our Public Sector Client has multiple opportunities for Change Managers to join the existing team at the beginning of a major Care Records Service (CRS) Project. The Client requires Change Managers to liaise and support the CRS Project Teams, CRS Senior Managers and members of the implementation teams during the implementation of the CRS projects to enable the realisation and the implementation of associated business change.
Candidates will be required to lead and facilitate the process of business change within each of the service areas affected by the implementation of CRS systems. Planning, implementing,developing and communicating on the required clinical business transformations will be the basis of this opportunity.
Candidates wishing to apply must be able to demonstrate experience of working within in an NHS environment and have a proven track record with using Prince2 methodologies ideally on CRS Projects.
The essential skills for this post include; Process and Business Change mapping skills to produce complex Process flow diagrams and procedure notes using Microsoft Visio, Knowledge and experience of an expert Change Management methodology (e.g Cranfield), analytical and statistical methods, expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel and Access) and candidates with previous experience of Lorenzo Care Records System would be at an advantage.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
