Job Title: Cisco Unified Communications Engineer
Salary: $30-50/hour DOE
Location: Houston, Texas
We have a great opportunity for a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer for a two to three month contract in Houston.
Education and Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Cisco Unified Communications solutions at enterprise level customers.
- CCNP (Voice) or CCVP level certification is required.
- B.S. or Associate degree in engineering, science, mathematics, information systems or computer science.
- Working knowledge of other traditional voice and telephony products.
Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise customers providing unified Communication and networking solutions, with technical design, plan and implementation, based on industry's best practices.
- Provide technical support for unified communication projects and assist with resolving critical customer issues.
- Upgrade enterprise unified communication systems to the latest releases maintaining inter-operability and minimizing downtime.
- Provide technical supports and resolution for LAN/WAN upgrades and outages
- Continue to train and develop knowledge and skills of new technologies, processes and systems.
