Description:
As the Operations Clerk you will coordinate and action all tasks associated with the central mailroom providing an efficient, timely and cost effective solution.
Your mail responsibilities will include:
*Handling incoming/outgoing mail
*Handling incoming/outgoing international mail
*Internal mail deliveries and collections
*Handling incoming/outgoing couriers
*Monitoring client stationary
*Scanning and Indexing
*Archiving
*Assisting with customer requests
*Meeting all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Profile:
Key Skills and competencies include:
*Experience of performing a similar role within a busy office environment
*Knowledge of mail/post room operation and Mail services
*PC literate including MS Word and Excel
*Works well under pressure, meets deadlines and is capable of operating with minimum supervision
*Excellent customer service and client facing skills
*Strong communicator at all levels, both written and verbally
*Service orientated
This is a long term contract, shifts are 7 hours between , paying €13 per hour.
