Property Asset Management

Our client requires a property asset manager to support operational managers by providing an efficient, sustainable, effective estates service ensuring all sites and buildings that the person is responsible for are maintained to the appropriate standard and to ensure a safe operational environment. To support the estates team through the provision of specialist CAD and other building construction services and surveys. Estates property "Customer Accounts Manager" for allocated sites and responsible for site customer liaison and education, measuring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement. Overall the responsibilities will be asset management, data management, planning and organising projects and other contracts, sustainability, contract management and budgets and expenditure. Ideally the successful candidate should have a sound understanding of the functions of estate management, experience of statistical analysis and handling, interpreting and challenging large sets of data, contracts management and requirement capture, preparation and works management and experience of AutoCAD. Previous experience of property asset management within the public sector or working knowledge of government contracts would be an advantage. In the first instance please forward your CV for an immediate start date.
