Communications Manager - Financial Services - Payments - Glasgow
One of my clients a major Financial Services client based in Scotland urgently requires a communication manager for one of their large portfolios of change.
Duties include
1) Manage overall colleague communications plan for the programme.
2) Liaise with communications managers to ensure communications and approach are aligned to the wider company communications approach.
3) Prepare appropriate communications, in line with existing communications guidelines and principles.
4) Work with the Implementation Manager, Project manager and business stakeholders to identify impacted colleagues and issue communications as appropriate.
5) Ensure communications are cascaded to the appropriate audience on time.
6) Produce status updates to the Implementation Manager and business stakeholders
7) Work with the training manager to form the picture of the department Colleague journey.
8) Issue updates on completion of key communications milestones
Rate: £300 - £360 per day
Location: Glasgow
