Description
My client is a global Asset Management business and is seeking a Compliance Consultant for their UK Compliance team, based just outside of London but an easy commute from it.
Responsibilities:
Providing an overview of the regulatory framework
Giving recommendations on risk and internal governance structure, how to manage conflicts of interest, outsourced T&C frameworks, investor contractual provisions and disclosure, compensation models and quality assurance oversight
Providing gap analysis
Strong compliance knowledge from investment/asset management background
In depth understanding of the UK regulatory framework surrounding retail investment advice and retail post retirement products
Expertise and confidence on retail investment products and distribution
