Description
On behalf of our prestigious client eCRM are looking for a Senior Taxonomy Consultant in Luxembourg.
You will have the following:
- Knowing how an IT organization works and provides services to banks, insurance companies, etc.. propose and define an approach regarding the processes documentation based on knowledge of such companies.
- The idea is to avoid assessment phases/studies and deep dive very fast by proposing the top processes to be documented; this for all departments: IT, finance, HR, logistics, etc.
- This knowledge/expertise must come from a person having worked in an ICT company or within an IT department within a large company (and knowing also interaction between all those different business units)
Having worked within different departments is certainly an advantage:
- ie:, Starting a career within service desk and afterwards the evolving within the service delivery team and after moving to the HR department
