On behalf of our prestigious client in Luxembourg eCRM are looking for a Datawarehouse 'service owner'.

Your main responsibility will be monitoring IT services Production
Make sure the second level support to application problems and relate with other teams. Support may require a phone-call outside office hours.
You define and supervise the monitoring and reporting the most suitable IT services concerned.
You will coordinate the monitoring of incidents and problems of IT services, and you ensure the implementation of structural solutions.
Your daily missions:
Support for second level of services production (mainly in-house developed Datawarehouse and Triple A)
Supports incidents, determining their cause and resolution if possible
Escalation of incidents to the third level of support (or system development teams) and followed until resolution
Housing production release or off-release (patches)
Updates and monitoring procedures
Monitoring of backups services
Follow-up tests on schedule next DRP
Opening, monitoring and lead on issues relating to the service
Managing the impact of changes announced by the teams system, preparation procedures for operators
Generally speaking, the role of SPOC for all aspects of production service for the client or for technical teams
Your Profile
You have experience of 3-5 years at least the following areas: Solaris/AIX, Sybase IQ, BusinessObjects Data Services, scheduling of batches in the world open, IBM WebSphere, MQseries, Windows).
You are familiar with ITIL concepts (roles and processes)
You Bachelier (graduate) or you have a Master (university) in Computer Science or equivalent through training or experience
You demonstrate initiative, independence, tenacity, patience, analytical mind and the ability to adapt
You are willing to organize the resolution of complex problems.
Experience in the world of application development is an important asset.
Knowledge of banking is an asset.
