Clinical Program ManagerMarket leader in the pharmaceutical industry seeking experienced Clinical Program Manager.
A Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for program level activities, they will be accountable for supervising other team members, developing meaningful partnerships with CROs and other vendors, and overseeing all aspects involved in running an effective clinical program.
The ideal candidate for the role will have extensive clinical project management experience over complex studies conducted internationally; they will have a scientific background, and will ideally be educated to a PhD level. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of and experience with managing global trials through all aspects of the clinical trial life cycle. He/ she will have extensive knowledge of Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, Cardiology, or Endocrinology clinical studies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree required, life sciences preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of clinical development or trial experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or CRO required.
- 4+ years clinical trial management experience in any of Phases I through IV required.
- Experience managing multiple studies or global/international studies preferred.
- Track record of delivering clinical trials to time, quality standards and budget
- Expertise in Good Clinical Practices, ICH Guidelines and appropriate regulations
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Passion for clinical research and ability and desire to learn new approaches and expand core skill set
