Roc Search is currently recruiting for one of our key clients. The company is a UK based telecoms company but this role is located in Connecticut USA. They are seeking a CCIE Voice Engineer with skills of Avaya, IP Agent, IVR or Voice Portal in addition to having excellent Routing skills. The role includes designing UCCE and CUCM and calculating network ramifications. The successful candidate will also get in contact with Avaya and Advocate systems.

Key Skills:
Avaya Expert Agent/Skills-based routing
IP Agent
Call Management System [CMS]
Voice Portal or IVR [does not need to know how to write scripts]
Distributed agent architecture [global CC] & network ramifications
CUCM
UCCE
Routing Experience

Desirable Skills:
Advocate
Proactive Contact or blended agents
AES or CTI integration
Genesys or other multimedia CC applications
NICE or other voice recording
Workforce Management
Uniform Dial Plan
