Czech or Polish Speaking HR Customer Service Administrator - Heathrow, Uxbridge

IS Recruitment are looking to recruit a first class HR and Customer Service agent to work within our client's global HR Shared Services Centre based close to Heathrow in the Uxbridge area. Candidates must be fluent in either Polish or Czech (either or both).

The role is offered as an initial 2-3 month contract and is paying c£15 to £17 p/h.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for all areas of the human resources function
  • Make travel arrangements as requested, and prepares expense reports for UK HR
  • Schedule 90-day new hire meetings and exit meetings for HR managers
  • Creates PO's for HR and processes invoices for appropriate signatures
  • Prepare general correspondence, faxes, and photocopying
  • Maintain UK Absence and Holiday process, including update employees' data timely
  • Manage the International probation process including sending out reminders to managers, and preparing final confirmation letters
  • Create employees' files and records and processes fairly routine information changes in HRIS system
  • Provide support to HR colleagues, managers, and employees with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service through phone calls and emails
  • Provide support on a range of other processes which could include Employee On boarding, offer packs, Service Awards, Absence and Holiday program, Performance Management, Leaves of Absence, Employee Terminations, Verification of Employment letters and Visa letters, and Background checks on new employees

Key Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate would be fluent in Czech or Polish (or both!).
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required
  • Familiarity and understanding of staffing and HRIS system programs, policies and procedures along with a general familiarity of HR principles, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of Excel, Access, and HR systems
